Kindly note the below update with regards to the process of Kartik Yatra registrations this year onwards:
Up until the last Yatra, any devotee having a profile in rgmdatabase.com, and having a counsellor/ Yatra facilitator, was able to register online at rgmdatabase.com on his/her own. No prior approval of anyone was needed. However, starting this year, every devotee wanting to register for the Yatra will need an approval from his/her counsellor/ Yatra facilitator, as per the process detailed below.
* Every counsellor/ Yatra facilitator will have a list of "pre-approved" profiles under them, whom they permit to be a part of Kartik Yatra 2025.
* In the website rgmdatabase.com > Yatra > Kartik Yatra 2025 > Registrations > New Registration > Select Members:
* When a profile that is "pre-approved" is selected, you can proceed with the registration & online payment, as previous Yatras.
* If a particular profile is not approved, a pop-up will come up, with a button "Submit this profile for counsellor/ Yatra facilitator approval". The respective counsellor/ Yatra facilitator will receive an email with this request.
* Only after the concerned counsellor/ Yatra facilitator approves the Yatra requests from different profiles under him, can the profile be registered for the Yatra.
* To expedite the process, the devotee who has requested for approval, can contact his/her counsellor/ Yatra facilitator, to get his/her profile "approved" for registering for the Yatra.
