Participants who wish to cancel their registration for any event or program organized by ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness) may do so by submitting a cancellation request. The cancellation request must be sent in writing to the designated contact or email address provided by ISKCON.
Participants are eligible for a full refund of their registration fee, minus a processing fee, if the cancellation request is received before the communicated cutoff date. The processing fee covers administrative costs and expenses incurred during the registration process.
Cancellation requests received after the cutoff date will not be eligible for a refund, and the participant will be responsible for the full registration fee. All cancellation requests must include the participant's name, contact information, event/program details, and any other relevant details necessary for identification and processing.
Once a cancellation request is received within the eligible period, ISKCON will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the registration process, unless otherwise specified by the participant. Participants should note that depending on the payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in their account.
In the event that ISKCON cancels or reschedules an event or program, participants will be notified accordingly. If an event or program is canceled by ISKCON, participants will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fee without any processing fee deduction. ISKCON reserves the right to make changes to the cancellation and refund policy for specific events or programs, and any such changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
In the event of a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, governmental restrictions, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of ISKCON, the organization shall be excused from any obligations or liabilities that arise as a result of such event.
ISKCON shall make reasonable efforts to promptly notify participants about the occurrence of a Force Majeure event and the impact it may have on the event or program. Communication may be made via email, website announcement, or any other appropriate means.
In the event of a Force Majeure event, ISKCON may, at its discretion, make alternative arrangements, reschedule the event or program, or cancel it altogether. Participants shall be duly informed about any such changes and offered suitable alternatives or refunds, as applicable.
In no event shall ISKCON be liable for any damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities incurred by participants as a result of a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation expenses, or any other indirect or consequential damages.
